So I have to spread the love because my little brother's football team won the championship last night against Hurricane who hasn't been beat for like 3 years!!! It was pretty awesome!

A couple of weekends ago I went up to Salt Lake City to hang out with some friends and more importantly to throw my friends baby shower!

I am so unbelievably bored at work right now! It is Friday and I literally had nothing to do at work today. I was just waiting around for documents to come to me so that I could move forward with my files and of course because it is UEA weekend there isn't a whole lot of people in town to get me the information that I need. So instead I cleaned out my desk, rearranged my desk and stared at my computer all day long! Gotta love it!

So I'm reading "The Life of Bees" right now and it's good but I'm honestly having a hard time really getting into it, which is quite disappointing because they are making a movie, which comes out this weekend, and so I thought it would be alot more exciting I guess. But right now I'm kind of in a rut with it! So I thought I would share my frustrations with it seeing how I'm seriously bored at work right now!

Speaking of books though if any one is reading something good right now please let me know because I am always looking for the next book I can read!

Oh we are going hunting this weekend up in Kolob so that's exciting... hopefully I will have some fun pictures to post on Monday and hopefully there is one with Brandon and a monsterous buck!

Sorry my posts have been super boring lately but that's what happens when all you do is go to work and home all day everyday!!!

Update

Well I haven't written anything in awhile so I thought I would update you all on what is going on!

Brandon had his 25th Birthday last month and I do have some really fun pictures of a bunch of us at the lake but I'll have to post them later.

We just closed our loan on our house so we are officially grown ups and officially don't have any money!!! But it's the 'American Dream' right!

We are currently getting our front and backyards finished, which is a lot of work but I can't wait for it to be done! Especially the backyard I didn't think that would be done for a long time!

Other than that we are just enjoying being married. It has already been a year and a half and it's seriously crazy how quickly time flies!

Hopefully I'll beable to get some pictures up here soon and beable to write about something more interesting next time!

Horseback Riding

For Labor Day we went up to Kolob with Corey & Rachelle and rode horses!

It was a lot of fun!

Hunting & Vegas!

This weekend was pretty eventful...
Brandon shot his elk late Friday night and then got lost on the mountain so he didn't make it home in time to go to Vegas Saturday morning with me to take my Loan Officer test! Needless to say I was pretty upset!
But it all worked out because my sister-in-law was more than willing to come with me and visit her mom and do some shopping! So it turned out to be a fun trip! Plus Brandon had the elk all cut up and cleaned up by the time I got home so that was really nice!

Oh and I did pass my test!!! YEAH! I am so happy that it is over with you have no idea!

FISH LAKE

Fish Lake...

Well we went up to Fish Lake this past weekend for Brandon to hunt down an Elk. And I must say I was pretty excited to go up there. I had never been there before. So we borrowed my Grandparents trailer and headed up the mountain Friday.
When we got there it immediatley became quite the adventure... we couldn't find where the rest of our group was at on the mountain and seeing how Brandon has only been there once and me never it was interesting to say the least. We drove up and down the stretch of property that we were told they would be on for about an hour and a half before we finally ran into somebody we knew and figured out that we were supposed to be further up the mountain!
But once we got all settled in it was alot of fun! COLD but a lot of fun!

Unfortanetly I was a slacker when it came to taking picutres so the only pictures I have of the trip are right here! I did get a couple good ones of Brandon sitting and waiting for his elk to come in to the pasture.

Brandon didn't get to kill his elk this trip because we couldn't get into the private property that he was allowed to hunt on which really put a damper on the entire trip. But all in all I thought it was a lot of fun!

My only complaint is that I now have a wonderful cold that I'm sure is a result of going from 108 degree weather to 60 and below! And we weren't so smart our first night there cus' we froze to death in the trailer because we didn't realize that it had a heater until the next day! Ya I know we are brilliant!

Yes I have so much crap in my purse that I had to take 3 different pictures to get it all!

This picture shows my wallet, car keys, ipod, pill bottle (its only IBprofin I swear), a book (yes I always have a book in my purse), oh and the mess of papers below is some receipts, check stubs and bills!

I didn't pull this out cus' it's a mess but this is the bottom of my purse with loose change and a bunch of bobby pins.

Boring

Well I wish I could post about something fun and exciting or just something other than about our house... cus' as you have all noticed that has been all that I have posted about over the last couple of months! But honestly that was all we did for a couple of months!!! So now our lives are quite boring... we just hang out at our new house! I know aren't we fun!! Well I just wanted to say something on here since I haven't for awhile. So hello to you all and hopefully I will have something new to post about in the near future!

MoViNg!!!!

WE ARE MOVING IN!

WE PASSED OUR INSPECTION THIS MORNING SO WE ARE SLOWLY GOING TO BE MOVING IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS!

YEAH!

DONE!!!

YEP WE ARE FINISHED!

well for the most part anyways. the only thing we are missing is mirrors in the bathrooms

and our landscaping otherwise we are finished and we get our

inspection today! So everybody cross your fingers

that we will pass!!!!

We plan to move in this weekend!

HOUSE!!!

We have ROCK!!! yeah!

I know its been awhile since I last posted and ALOT has changed at the house!

As you can see from this picture the outside of the house is basically finished... minus the shutters that me and my mom are going to make and my front door needs to be stained and my garage door will be in this week sometime!

Here are some pictures of the inside! The walls are all painted and the doors are all hung!

Tomorrow we get the cabinets put in! YEAH! and then the lights will be installed Tuesday and from there the granite and carpet and plumbing fixtures will be in!

We are hoping to move in a couple weeks!

HOUSE UPDATE!!!

Here is a picture of what our house looks like right now!

We have windows and doors and our roof is almost finished!

Oh and you can see our cute little courtyard!

So Exciting!!!

This is a picture of the side of the house where they have started the

stucco stuff! It wraps around the whole back of the house

like that and over to the other side!

And here is the inside!!! Yeah! They have blown in all of insulation

they will finish the ceiling once the dry wall is finished. I guess they blow it in

or something like that!

It actually looks a little different then this now! They started the dry wall yesterday

and they said that they should be finished with it and the texture by Thursday of

next week and then the fun stuff comes... I get my doors in and we start

the tile and the trim and THEN the painter comes!

Yes it is all so exciting!

I will try to be better at posting more but life has been a bit crazy lately!

Oh big news I officially got my promotion at work! Which is perfect timing cus' we need

the extra money for this house! So I am now processing loans! I love it it's a LOT

of work but I'm learing a ton and its so much better!

Here is another picture of the house! It has actually looked like this since last Friday but I'm a slacker and never put it up on here... we are actually alot further now but it is all on

the inside so I didn't really want to take those boring pictures... so I'll tell you...

Right now the rough plumbing is done meaning I have my tubs in and all the piping to my sinks and all that... and Brandon will be finishing the heating and air this weekend and then the

electrician will be there first thing next week and should finish in about 2 days! Yeah!

After that we get an inspection and then we order the fun stuff... like the carpet

and the tile and the cabinets YEAH! We should also have our windows

next week sometime!

So there you have it! I will try not to be such a slacker any more!

So on Monday we went out to the lot and saw this!

The very next day we had WALLS!!!

And then the next day we had even more WALLS!

I know it probably doesn't sound to exciting but they are seriously bookin' it on getting the framing up! We are actually supposed to have the roof up by tomorrow! So yes to say the least we are very very excited!!!
