AdDiCtIoNs!!!!

My two biggest addictions Dr. Pepper and ice cream, all kinds of ice cream! I love it! And unfortunately because of my love for both of these things I am gaining unnecessary pounds and therefore am going to try to cut them out of my life compelety. I know alot of you are thinking ya good luck Keia! I know I'm addicted but I'm really going to do this because I'm sick of the way I feel! So today is April 4, 2008 and I am going to keep track of how long I can go with out these 2 essential items in my life! Everybody wish me good luck!!!!

Ok, I would die without ice cream, literally- I eat it like 4 times a week. So I say ice cream is completely necessary. Just cut the Dr. P. But seriously you look adorable so cut the pop for your kidneys and brain, not weight. Yes, I signed up for world lit so yay- sit by me, make me motivated to go to school even though it's the summer and we're supposed to be playing!

these ae two of my favorite as well. i have learned to enjoy diet dr. pepper and diet cherry vanilla dr pepper. i cant even drink a REAL dr. pepper now, it taste way to sugary.
also the slow churned dreyers ice cream is pretty good. its only 100 calories and half the fat of regular ice cream per serving so you get your fix and dont feel guilty about the calories! its worth the try. :) good luck

I'll help keep tabs on you if you'll keep tabs on me. I'm addicted to chocolate! Seriously. I know everyone jokes about things like this, but I want to be healthy. I'm starting right now.

Hey Keia. Let me tell you something about not drinking soda. I have been addicted to Dr Pepper for years. The day I got married I stopped drinking it. I used t be able to go to bed right after drinking one and slept like a baby, that's when I KNEW I was addicted. It's really hard, but so worth it. Replace it with lemonade and juice. That way you are still getting something sweet, unlike just plain water. And you don't have to quit cold turkey. Slowly take them away. Just some words of advice from someone who knows what your going through.
