Oh how time flies!

So it dawned on me yesterday how much time I DONT have left until this baby gets here! And how much I DONT have done yet! Um ya I kind of panicked for a second! So I wrote out my big list of stuff that I want done before baby gets here. Obviously one of those things is getting the babies room cleaned out and decorated. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do in the babies room for a long time but I think I finally figured it out and I'm really really exicted about it. There isn't really a theme but it is going to be dang cute! I'm going a little vintage and I'm going to use Teal as my main color (kind of a faded teal not so bright) along with a faded lime green and butter. No there is NOOOOOOO pink involved. I'm not a huge fan of pink!

So the reason for this post is not only because I had a panic attack but because I actually got to cross one thing off of my "Before Baby To Do List" today!

The armoir we are using for the babies dresser is officially cleaned out and ready to fill with fun baby stuff! YEAH!

I also started on the closet but I still have some rearranging to do in there.

But I'm starting to feel a little bit better about the fact that baby will be here in about 15 weeks!

I think I may have over done it tonight though cus my belly is feeling super tight right now :(

BOOTIES!

So I have decided to try and tackle these baby booties!

No I am not much of a crocheter (is that a word?) but I think these are adorable and I am determined to figure this out!

Quote of the day

Its a GIRL!

We had our ultrasound today and its a girl! CRAZY! I was seriously convinced that we were having a boy! When the nurse said its a girl I was seriously floored. It took me a second to wrap my head around that cus I was seriously going in there to get confirmation that it was a boy and she shocked the crap out of us!

We weren't able to get any good pictures of her little face thought which really bummed me out. I would love to have had a picture of her to bring home but baby was not cooperating. She just wouldn't turn for the doctors. They seriously tried everything I layed on each side and they had me stand up and lean over to try to get my belly to relax. They even tilted the bed back to try to use gravity to move the baby but she was stubborn! Imagine that our baby being stubborn. So unfortunately we didn't really get to see the baby very well at all. 

But the doctor was able to get enough pictures to see that our baby girl is healthy and that is all that matters at the end of the day!

I seriously can't wait to hold her now!

Burp Cloths!

Well I have today off work so I started sewing!

These burp cloths are super super easy!

I had left over fabric from blankets that I had made for friends so I made a girl one & a boy one :)

Cus unfortunately I still don't know what my little one is :(

But I think they turned out really cute!

NEWS

Well I have a little bit of news. Today is my last day with SGI Mortgage. I have decided to move over to Axiom Financial with Scott Gibson & Brittany. It's been kind of stressful the past few weeks trying to get everything closed out at SGI and get everything set up at Axiom but I'm ready for the move and hope that it will all work to be for the better. So far I have been very impressed with Axiom and am honestly looking forward to getting things underway there but its still a change and I'm sad to leave SGI. But ya that's my big change in life right now and it is all coming smack dab in the middle of my pregnancy. Which honestly had me very worried in the beginning because I wasn't sure when the new companies insurance was going to pick me up but it is all working out and everything should be taken care of by the end of the week.
So wish me luck! I have a whole new set of bosses that I have to impress :)

Lagoon 2011

Well my family went to Lagoon a couple weekends ago and it was alot of fun!

I wasn't able to ride many of the rides cus I'm prego but it was still fun cus Teresa came with us and she doesn't ride the rides cus she will get sick! So she kept me company!

Everyone had a blast though. I believe the favorite roller coaster was Wicked. Everybody couldn't stop talking about that one!

I do have to say that we were not impressed with LagoonABeach though... it was pretty lame.

And I was quite bummed cus the Rapid ride was closed the whole day!

That is one of my favorite rides!

Riding the train :) this was one of the only rides I got to go on! The animals were pretty cool! Brandon was bummed cus they didn't have a buffalo though!
